Fish rose to mainstream fame after posting some tracks on TikTok. ‘Talk 2 Me’ and ‘Fall in Love with You’ went viral, an occurrence that led to him signing with Virgin Records where he later released his critically acclaimed debut ‘Jamie’ in 2022. This was followed by the EP ‘Her Love Still Haunts Me Like a Ghost’ where we find the eerie love story ‘Hotel’. Earlier this year, it was time for Montell Fish sophomore album ‘Charlotte’ where the American singer-songwriter together with producer Jacob Portrait from Unknown Mortal Orchestra crafted his most layered, ghostly and emotionally intense work so far.
